Dear Colleagues,
geomorphologists from the Faculty of Earth Sciences, Nicolaus Copernicus University, in cooperation with the Department of Environmental Resources and Geohazards IGiPZ PAN in Toruń, would like to invite you to the jubilee 10th Congress of Polish Geomorphologists.
Congress will be held under the theme "Postglacial Landscapes - their morphogenesis, present state and future" and is dedicated to Professor dr hab. Władysław Niewiarowski in honor of his 90th birthday.
Main idea of the Congress is to present the latest trends in research of Pleistocene and modern postglacial landscapes. Understanding their morphogenesis is essential for the management and protection and prediction of their further growth. These topics were among the important research problems of Professor Wladyslaw Niewiarowski.
